The first weigh-in

Today is Monday, and that means weigh-in day. And I'm pleased to report that after walking the equivalent of a marathon this week, I've got a 2 pound weight loss to report, down to 186 lbs. Not to mention a much better knowledge of alien abductions, parasites buried under ice caps, and the NASA space program. Here's to another good week.

Congratulations on your considerable weight loss. In keeping with the science of X-Files (I'm sure there’s a test tube in one of the episodes) make sure you drink very cold ice water. Water has zero kilojoules therefore your body will need to warm up the water thus you’ll be ingesting negative kjs!!

Either that or live on a diet of chicken and broccoli for the next 9 months!

Top news on the weight-loss, that's an extra 2 pounds of cheese you can consume this week :-)

Chicken and Broccoli drowned in soy sauce, with fried rice - that should do it.
